FBU has initiated a Stay&Play policy that requires all team directors, coaches, and athletes to book through Connections Sports to be eligible to participate FBU Stay&Play events. Parents and family are encouraged to also book with Connections Sports if desired. Parents and coaches are responsible to make sure their athletes comply with the policy and FBU reserves the right to audit rooming list for violations. This Stay&Play waiver is only for local participants who can travel to the event. FBU has established that 90 miles is a reasonable distance that will allow participants to drive to the venue without staying at our team hotels. This distance is measured by the driving distance between the event venue and your home address. Please note you are still eligible to stay at these hotels if you desire to be closer to the venue. We do understand that some attendees may have family in the area or parents may want to book rooms using hotel reward points. In order to request an exception for any of the above reasons, this form must be filled out in full and submitted to FBU (one form must be filled out for each individual or team). All exception request must be submitted on or before Monday, July 13th. FBU will approve/decline the exception within 2 weeks of receipt.
